Refund policy

At  Sur Swimwear we want you to be delighted with your swimwear purchase. Our Return Policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free and actually free experience. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns for swimwear items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and liners attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Hygiene Seal:

  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the original hygiene seal intact to be eligible for return. Please try on swimwear over your underwear.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please log in to your account.
  • Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click Request return
  • You will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

4. Return Authorization:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

5. Inspection and Refund

  • Upon receiving the returned swimwear, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms, if the hygiene seal is broken, are non-returnable.

8. Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. Customers may return the unwanted swimwear and place a new order for the desired product.

9. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

10. Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel your order.
